I expected a lot more based on how this was described. They made it sound like there would be nice views and a relaxing scenic ride, but in reality it was mostly traffic, random buildings, and not much to look at. The seats were cramped too, so even trying to turn and see anything was uncomfortable. Maybe I just went on a bad day, but it really didn’t match what was promised and I wouldn’t say the scenic part was worth it

The routes were fine overall, but I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t cover more neighborhoods. A few spots I expected to be included were missing, and it felt like the terms or coverage details had changed from what I originally thought. It’s usable, but I wish they were clearer about that upfront.

I bought our tickets on trolleytours.com and thought it was a good deal. The price felt fair for everything we got to see, and it was nice not having to worry about rides or parking all day. Booking was simple too. I’d use it again.

We went on this tour and it was fun overall. The guide was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, though I don’t remember all the details. It started raining partway through, and the cover didn’t really keep everyone dry. We were sitting closer to the side, so the seats got wet quickly. Probably a much better ride if the weather is nice.

We ended up using Trolley Tours twice in the same day, and both times it came pretty much right when the schedule said it would. that was the biggest thing for us.

It made planning lunch and getting to the museum way less annoying since we weren’t just standing around guessing. Everything was fine. That’s it.

We rode twice and both times we were able to sit together, which made the whole thing so much easier. Maybe we just got lucky, but not having to stand around or wait for the next trolley was really nice, right?

The map was really useful for finding stops, which made getting around a lot easier. The app itself was okay, but it did lag a bit and got confusing at times.

Just a warning if you’re thinking of bringing small kids here: it really wasn’t a great fit for our family. The kids got bored quickly, and the staff seemed more annoyed than helpful. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a kid-friendly experience.

The stops were a lot farther from the places we actually wanted to visit than we expected. We ended up spending more time walking around and waiting than actually riding, which got old fast with kids and bags. When I reached out, support basically said something like “the route is designed to cover the main areas,” but it just didn’t feel practical for our plans. Not the easiest experience.

The tour itself might be totally fine, I can’t really speak to that, but the whole support experience left a bad taste. When you’re paying that much, you kind of expect people to at least be helpful or polite. I don’t think I’d book with them again unless they seriously sort out how they deal with customers.

I Loved being able to hop off whenever we felt like it and then just catch the next trolley when we were ready. made the whole day feel way less stressful and a lot more fun

He kept cracking jokes the entire ride and somehow made all the history stuff easy to follow instead of boring. We laughed a lot, learned a few things, and left really glad we went.

I took the trolley tour last weekend the bus was in decent shape. The seats were clean, and I felt safe the whole time, which is probably the main thing, right? I had to cancel my trolley tour, and the refund process was really frustrating. Support took a while to get back to me, the rules weren’t very clear, and I still ended up losing some money. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.
